Sara Rennie Heretick, NCTM, CMT, Clinical Sports Therapist and owner of Hands-On Wellness is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and clinical sports therapy.  After almost 20 years experience in the healthcare industry in anesthesia and pain management specialties, Sara embraced the opportunity to learn and provide alternative pain management techniques and injury rehabilitation and prevention therapies which do not rely on the use of invasive interventions.  Sara has been providing sports therapy to the professional athlete, amateur competitor and recreational enthusiast since 2005. Her clients have embraced therapeutic massage and sports therapy techniques as a way of improving their daily physical health and preparing for the challenges of achieving personal fitness and physical goals while minimizing their potential for sports-related injuries.  Sara’s clients range from the professional racquet sports competitor, to the endurance and extreme endurance competitor/enthusiast, to the individual who desires to regain his/her daily activities post-injury/surgery.
